The C.I.P.– TROLLEY is a devise able to carry out C.I.P. washing operations in a fully automated way.
The stainless steel cart is equipped with a pump system, an electric board with WIFI connection and 3 tanks:
a) soda; b) peracetic acid; c) water/soda - water/peracetic acid solution, according to the phase or type of washing recipe.
The device is able to prepare the washing agent mixture according to the recipe, to start the washing cycle and to proceed for the pre-set length of time.
At the end of the wash cycle, always in total autonomy, the machine empties the tank of the washing agent solution always completely autonomously, moving on to the subsequent phases, i.e. rinsing with peracetic acid and final washing with water.
Operator intervention is required only to remove the connections.
The sterilization cart is a machine able to perform sterilization and inertization of "asepticable" tanks in a completely automated way.
This stainless steel cart is equipped with a complex system of automatic valves, electrical panel and wireless connection.
After connecting the cart to the tank and the utilities (water, electricity, compressed air, steam and nitrogen) and choosing the desired wash and sterilization composition, the device is able to sterilize the tank for the desired time and at the desired temperature.
The sterilization phase is followed by, the cooling and inertization phases. At this stage it is important to avoid the tank getting into depression after cooling down:
Therefore, the device has a number of safety systems able to block the cooling process and prevent implosion of the tank.
At the end of the process the tank is brought to the required temperature and inertized at the predefined pressure.
Both carts can be connected to a central unit that manages the recipes and which the washing, sterilization and inertization data are stored on.
